Bread, Whole Wheat From: Kathy Stonehocker Makes 4 loaves 2 T dry yeast ½ C warm water - combine with yeast and let sit 5C hot tap water 2 t salt 2/3 C oil 2/3 C honey 12 C whole wheat flour Combine hot water and 7 C flour and mix. Add salt, oil and honey. Mix until blended Add 1 C flour. Add yeast mix and knead thoroughly. Add 3-4 C flour. Knead 10 minutes Bake 350F 40-45 minutes.
